Statement from PTC (UK) on the Syria and Türkiye Earthquake

We can all feel proud that PTC(UK) is able to share its expertise with mental health workers in Syria and Turkey who are trying to help victims of the devastating earthquake. The images on our TV screens of people being pulled out of rubble reminds us of Gaza’s own suffering. The various ways people respond to trauma are well known to Gaza mental health workers. To know that we can help our neighbours build and sustain resilience gives us great satisfaction.
